    Hi @Clay Hendrix ,

Thank you for your question on the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

We understand that you're currently facing challenges related to API integration and authentication (MFA) for your custom application that connects with Microsoft Viva Engage.

Based on our current research, Microsoft Viva Engage does not appear to have a dedicated support channel specifically for API or authentication (MFA) issues. However, you can still obtain official support through the following methods:

Requesting Support via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Recommended) If your organization has an active Microsoft 365 subscription and you have admin privileges, we kindly suggest submitting a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    Visit: https://admin.microsoft.com

    • Go to Support > New service request
    • Select the relevant product (such as Viva Engage or Microsoft Entra ID
    • Provide a detailed description of your issue (e.g., API integration, MFA setup, or app-based authentication)
    • You can send the description as follows to get the right focus. For example:  "We have a custom application that integrates with Viva Engage using its API.  We are seeking guidance and technical support to ensure our app remains functional and compliant with Microsoft’s upcoming MFA and app-based authentication requirements.  Specifically, we would like to understand:  Whether Viva Engage APIs will require MFA enforcement  How to authenticate securely with Viva Engage APIs under new policies  Any recommended changes to our current authentication flow   Please advise on best practices or connect us with the appropriate product/engineering team if needed.

This is the most effective and direct way to connect with Microsoft support engineers, who are well-equipped to investigate and escalate your case if necessary. We're here to ensure you get the help you need as smoothly as possible.

We also recommend you refer to the Microsoft Tech Community Viva Engage page for more information. You can ask questions, join discussions with other users and Microsoft experts, explore blog posts and usage guides, and receive responses from the community (note: this is not an official technical support channel). Link below:

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/category/Viva-Engage

Note: This is not an official technical support channel, and the page does not include a direct “Contact Technical Support” section for API or authentication-related issues. If anything, we've shared is unclear or if we've misunderstood your situation, please feel free to let us know — we're here to help and happy to clarify further.
