How to avoid charges from active membership associated with lost account?

I have recently created a personal standard business account (for which I opted to use the one month free trial). However, I am now unable to access my account due to two-factor authentication (which I do not recall setting up, so I am unable to input the requested code). In addition, I do not recognize the email used for my account's recovery. In short, there is no way for me to log into my account, and it is my understanding that I will be charged monthly for my business plan subscription once my free trial ends. Is there anything I can do about this other than dispute my credit card charges once they pop up? Thank you in advance.
