    Dear @Ricardo Astiazaran-Villarreal

Thank you for reaching out Q & A Forum!

We understand that you have trouble with you restore backup on Authenticator app.

Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that your backup is not stored under the account currently signed. Kindly double-check the account you originally used to store your backup data. Please ensure you are signed in with the correct account and try again.

Make sure you're signed into the correct iCloud. Assume if you still have access on your old phone, please try following steps to check the backup account:

    1. Open Authenticator App on old device
    2. Tap Menu with three lines > select Setting
    3. Scroll to the Backup section
    4. Check if iCloud Backup is enabled and account listed which used for backup.

However, if you no longer have access on old device, the process to back up your account will be unavailable. Even if data backup is available, it may still reflect the list of accounts you’ve added.
