    Hi Robin Pike

Thank you for reaching out through the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Following up on your inquiry about syncing two Windows PCs, here are a few things to check on both devices:

    • Sync Preferences: Head to Settings > Accounts > Windows Backup, and under Sync settings, make sure options like Theme, Passwords, Language preferences, and Other Windows settings are turned on.
    • Internet Connection: Both PCs need to be online for the sync to happen.
    • Windows Version: Double-check that both devices are running compatible versions of Windows 11.
    • OneDrive Setup: If you're syncing files, make sure OneDrive is installed, set up, and signed in with the same Microsoft account on both PCs.

If everything looks good but syncing still isn’t working, a couple of quick fixes often help:

    • Try restarting both PCs after enabling the sync settings.
    • Or, sign out and back into your Microsoft account on both devices, sometimes that’s all it takes to get things moving.

    Hi @Robin Pike

    Thank you for the clarification.

Just to note, the Microsoft Q&A forum is dedicated to official Microsoft products and services, so we’re unable to provide support for third-party applications such as QNAP NAS or Qsync.

While discussing internally, one suggestion that came up was the possibility of manually exporting user settings and transferring them using external storage like a USB drive or SSD. This approach involves backing up personal preferences and application settings to an external device, then restoring them on another PC.

Please note that this is a theoretical solution, we haven’t had the opportunity to fully test it to confirm whether it meets all your specific requirements. However, in principle, it seems like a valid method and could potentially work for your use case.

We hope the information provided has been helpful and will assist you effectively.
