    Hi @Andrew Turbeville

We understand that you're experiencing difficulties logging into your Microsoft Project Online account, and we have some suggestions that may help you resolve the issue.

First, please ensure that you are signing in with the correct Microsoft 365 account, the one that holds an active Project Online subscription. It's not uncommon to have multiple Microsoft accounts, so verifying that you're using the right one can often resolve access issues.

The Project Online site is typically accessed through a URL in the following format: https://<yourdomain>.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa

If you're unsure of your specific Project Web App (PWA) URL, you can locate it by visiting the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at: admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home

Once you're in the Admin Center, navigate to Settings > Org Settings > Services and look for “Project Online” or “Project Web App.” If you don’t see it listed, it may indicate that the service hasn’t been provisioned yet, or that your account doesn’t have the necessary admin permissions.

If you're unable to locate the service or access the Admin Center at all, here are a few common scenarios that might apply to your situation

    • If you can’t access the Admin Center because you don’t remember the admin account: Try to locate the original purchase receipt which usually contains the admin email. If you can’t find it, you can create a trial account, raise a support ticket, and provide the transaction ID from your bank statement. The Billing team can use that to help locate your original account.
    • If you’re not sure whether you even have access to the Admin Center: In that case, finding the original receipt or contacting whoever purchased the subscription will be key to identifying the correct admin credentials.
    • If you can access the Admin Center but can’t cancel the subscription: You’ll need to contact the Commerce or Billing team directly, as subscription management may be restricted depending on your role or the type of subscription.

We hope the details provided will assist you effectively.
