How do i fix this issue?

Hello im trying to log into my outlook school account but i cant seem to verify it but I'm sure that the email and password are correct, I've tried different devices, changing my old password and reinstalling the app.

    Thank you for reaching out Q&A Forum!  After conducting further research into the issue you've reported, we’ve identified that error code 399287 encountered during Outlook login is typically associated with identity verification failures.  It is most often caused by issues with multi-factor authentication (MFA)

    If you're a regular user, please contact your IT Administrator. Your account may have been blocked from signing in due to failed authentication attempts. The IT Administrator can either unblock your account or reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings, allowing you to re-register your authentication methods. 

    They can follow the steps in this article to reset your MFA settings: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn   

    Note: Once re-registration is triggered, all your existing MFA methods such as phone numbers, Authenticator app, or other verification options will be removed. You will need to set up new MFA methods during your next login. Please ensure you have access to a valid phone number or the Microsoft Authenticator app before attempting to sign in again.
