Based on your description, it seems that when interacting with your custom chatbot app in Microsoft Teams, the Action and App options are not fully visible, while everything works fine in regular chats.
I’ve reviewed all available documentation and tested the behavior in my own environment. I also checked relevant settings such as permissions and messaging policies in the Teams Admin Center. So far, I haven’t found any settings that would cause the issue you described, everything appears to function normally on my side.
Unfortunately, as a moderator, I don’t have access or the necessary tools to investigate this issue in more depth. For this reason, I recommend that you raise a support ticket with Microsoft 365 support so their engineering team can take a closer look.
