Immediately after a new thread post an attempted edit produces error 404

This happened yesterday too in another thread.

Since there is something wrong with the hyperlink URL, it is normal for it to display a 404 error.
In the example below, "www.tenforums.com" has been added.

We are aware that a domain can be added like this depending on how the link is entered, but we do not believe the cause is known.
(We have already escalated this to the system side.)

ハイバーリンクのURLがおかしくなっているので、404表示となる挙動は正常です。
下記の例で言えば、"www.tenforums.com"が付記されています。
リンクの入力方法によって、この様にドメインが付記される場合がある事を把握してますが原因は分かっていないと思われます。
(既にシステム側へはエスカレーションしています。)
