There has been a security breach in my Azure suscriptions. Someone (not me) has created new VMs, but Azure has detected the malicious activity and has disabled all involved suscriptions. I have tried to open a support request, but it is not possible because the suscriptions are disabled. ¿What can I do to contact the support team?

@Benito Bejarano, Manuel Angel welcome to the Microsoft Q&A community.

Since your subscriptions are disabled and you can't open a support request, you still have a few options to contact Microsoft support:

    1. Azure Support Page – You can explore different support plans and contact options on the Azure Support page.
    2. Microsoft Azure Sales Contact – You can start a chat session or call Microsoft directly through the Azure Sales Contact page. This might be useful if you need urgent assistance.
    3. Community Support – You can ask questions and get answers from Microsoft engineers and Azure community experts on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I hope these helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

Also if these answers your query, do click the "Upvote" and click "Accept the answer" of which might be beneficial to other community members reading this thread.
