Therefore, I have tried to research in all material documents, but there is no official confirmation for this issue and it looks like a bug in New Outlook Desktop version that many other users are affected as you in the forum.
Also, I find several suggestions during my research that you can consider trying it:
- If you still want to send email by New Outlook, please try to use web version for New Outlook to see if it can be fixed. And it maybe a temporary workaround while we are waiting for Microsoft has official solution for the app version.
