I would like to request assistance with the voucher reimbursement process

I am writing to inform you that I was unable to complete my exam due to a technical issue. The online proctor made several attempts to resolve the problem; however, after approximately 20 minutes, I was advised to reschedule the exam.

Unfortunately, I am now unable to reuse my original voucher code for the rescheduled attempt. I kindly request your assistance in restoring access to the previous voucher or providing a suitable resolution.
