I am trying to play minecraft. I paid for game pass to play it, but I need to confirm my identity via email. But the email is not sending. We have tried many times but it’s not coming through. I downloaded the authentication app but it’s trying to send me the same email that simply isn’t coming through.

Please help.

    Hi @Terri Nyhouse

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on my research, here are some suggestions you might try to resolve your issue:

-Ensure the email address associated with your Microsoft account is correct by visiting https://account.microsoft.com

-If you're using the Microsoft Authenticator app and it's still prompting an email, try signing in from a different device or browser to see if it offers an alternative method.

-Some users have found that the issue is related to PayPal. It may take more time for the Minecraft service to register the purchase through PayPal, with the confirmation email arriving after 72 hours > Your scenario may be similar to Minecraft bought but I didnt recive a confirmation email and I cant - Microsoft Community

If you still do not receive emails, please visit the Minecraft Account Help Page or contact Xbox Support for direct assistance with Game Pass and Minecraft access issues.

    Thank you for your understanding.
