TC8 Stuck on "Pairing Successful" Screen After Reboot – Poly X30/X50

Hi Team,

Has anyone observed an issue with some Android rooms equipped with Poly X30/X50 bars and a TC8 controller, where after a reboot, the TC8 gets stuck on the 'Pairing successful' screen and doesn't load the Teams interface, even though the bar itself functions correctly?

Firmware and Teams version (1449/1.0.96.2025126202/0504(S)) are up to date on both devices, and they are connected to the same tenant and VLAN via DHCP.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @ZGHAL, Mortadha (ext)

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I really appreciate the details you've already shared. I understand how challenging it can be when all configurations appear correct, yet the TC8 controller remains stuck and fails to load the Microsoft Teams interface. I'd like to help you move closer to a resolution. To better understand the issue and provide more accurate guidance, kindly clarify the following points:

Before the reboot, was Teams working normally on both devices?

Have you tried forgetting the device and re-pairing the TC8 with the Poly X30/X50 bar?

Is this issue happening only with Microsoft Teams, or are other apps affected as well?

Is the account signed in on the device correctly associated with your organization’s internal tenant?

Is the problem specific to the Teams version 1449/1.0.96.2025126202/0504(S), or have you seen similar behavior with other versions?

Aside from rebooting, have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?

If possible, could you share a screenshot of the TC8 screen when it gets stuck?

As a forum moderator, I’m here to help guide discussions and share insights based on Microsoft documentation and community experience. While I don’t have direct access to your device or the ability to run diagnostics myself, I’ll do my best to support you with practical steps and connect you with the right resources.

I'm looking forward to seeing your response soon.
