Hi @Deanhunter25282
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
Based on your description, it sounds like you're trying to fully remove your OneDrive login information from a Surface Pro without resetting the device.
I've personally researched and tried the common methods to address this, but unfortunately, the account's presence still persists in my tests. However, I'm listing these steps below for your reference. They often prove effective and might behave differently in your environment:
- Unlink OneDrive from your PC
- Delete local sign-in configuration (PreSignInSettingsConfig.json)
- Check and remove account from Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts
- Clear OneDrive cache in AppData
- Reset OneDrive using the official reset command
- Reinstall OneDrive
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. If none of the above steps work, I recommend creating a new Windows user profile to ensure a clean environment.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you decide to try any of these steps again or need help setting up a new profile, I'm here to help and looking forward to your update.
