- Clear app cache and data: Go to your phone's settings > Apps > Word > Storage > Clear cache and clear data > Then reopen the app

- Reinstall Word on your phone
- Sign In Via the Web Browser: Go to Microsoft account > try to sign in to your Microsoft account there > Once you have successfully signed in > close it and try logging into the Word app again.
