Hi

I have a certification tied to my old work account that I am using here. I would like it transferred to my personal account.

Please advise

    Hi.

Here are the steps to merge the two Learn profiles (including credentials):

You may click your avatar on the top right corner, click Settings > Account management.

Click Add Account. Log in with your work or school credentials.

You should now see your certifications when you log into either account.

Note that you can have up to five school or work login accounts and one personal login account added to your profile.

    Regards
