Graph-created App Proxy enterprise applications no longer enable onPremisesPublishing (regression in Microsoft Graph beta)

Up until this week (16/06/2025), I have successfully been able to patch an Entra application to enable on prem publishing (app proxy) using https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/applications/{id} and onPremisesPublishing. This was based off https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/onpremisespublishing?view=graph-rest-beta

However, since the start of this week, I can no longer do this, and I can't seem to see any onPremisesPublishing data when doing a GET request on a pre-configured app in Entra either. There are no Graph changes listed that would have changed this behaviour, so can't work out why it is no longer working.
