problem with certificate issue

i had given exam of dp 900 microsoft azure through pearson and result is also out and i [asses it but due to some inconvinience my result got stucked and when i contact with pearson they told the result will be out after 24 hours and for certficate i have to contact to microsoft, what i should do now

It can take 24-48 hours for your results and certification to appear on your Learn profile.
You'll need to wait a while for it to be reflected.
