    We understand you're experiencing issues with your Copilot app failing to load.  

    As you mentioned, we're not sure if your error is similar to the one shown in the sample image below.

     If yes, based on our research, there are some options that you can try: 

    • Check Your Internet Connection: Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet connection. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily to avoid potential network issues. 
    • Ensure your Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 Copilot app are fully updated. If updates are available, install them and restart your PC. 
    • You can try to go to Settings > Select Apps, then choose Installed Apps> Find Copilot in the list and click the three dots> Choose Advanced options. There are three options that you may try to reset the Copilot app.

    • Get Help from Microsoft Support: Visit the official Copilot troubleshooters - Microsoft Support page to get assistance. 
    • Check for license: If you are an Admin, you can access to Microsoft 365 admin center Navigate to Billing > Licenses to verify if Microsoft Copilot licenses are still available and assigned.  
    • Or you can go to Report in Admin Center> Usage > Microsoft 365 Copilot > Readiness
