After successfully passed Microsoft AZ-400 (Azure DevOps) exam I didn't receive certificate ?

12 June I successfully passed azure DevOps (AZ-400) certification exam but i didn't receive Azure DevOps certificate on on profile. only showing exam status passed. Could you please let me know how can i get this certificate ?
