My computer is set to sleep whether on battery or plugged in for all the options, but after it has been sleeping for a while it automatically hibernates. I have not set it to ever hibernate and it is constantly plugged in. How do I change this?

    Hi @Sam-SF ,

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A.

According to this issue, please help me to double-check on these options:

    1. Windows Settings > System > Power & Battery User's image
    2. Also, in Power & Battery, please also check on this: User's image
    3. Search for "Control Panel" > Power Options > check all 4 options from the left-side menu to see if it matches with Windows Settings. User's image
    4. Select "Change plan settings" on the Power Plan which is active > Change Advanced Power Settings > Turn off hard disk after.... (this could prevent the computer from hibernating). User's image

I hope this could help you on modifying the hibernation settings. After double-checking those options above, it's better to restart your computer once to see if the settings are still applied.
