Is there a way to set up a daily meeting (Mon-Fri), where that meeting does not happen every other Friday? So, I want the meeting to be in mine and other calendars Mon-Fri but this Friday it shouldn't be, then the following Friday it should be.

    Hi scramblesuit

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Yes, you can set up a recurring meeting in Outlook that takes place from Monday to Friday, but the meeting on Friday only occurs once every 2 weeks. However, you need to set up 2 separate events to achieve this. Here’s how you can do it:

Please note that since we do not have a MacBook, the illustration below is taken from the Outlook web app, so some buttons may have different positions or names compared to your Outlook.

    1. Create a New Meeting
    • Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
    • Click on "New Events".
    • Toggle the "Teams meeting" button to schedule a Teams meeting
    1. Set Recurrence Pattern
    • In the meeting window, click on "Recurrence".
    • Choose "Weekly" as the recurrence pattern.
    • Select the days you want the meeting to occur (Monday to Thursday).
    • For Friday, set it to recur every 2 weeks.
    • Schedule the start time of recurring meeting.

    1. Adjust Details
    • Set the start and end times for the meeting.
    • Add attendees, subject, location, and any other details.
    • Click "Save" to schedule the meeting.

This way, your meeting will occur daily from Monday to Thursday, and every other Friday.
