Hi everyone, We are actively using Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and aiming to reach Level 4. I understand that Engagement Score plays a key role in unlocking higher benefits, but I'm not entirely sure which specific activities (e.g., Azure usage, GitHub, LinkedIn learning, feedback, etc.) contribute the most toward improving the score.

Could anyone share their experience or any best practices to boost the Engagement Score effectively and consistently?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Manoj Dwivedi

I understand your goal is to effectively increase your Engagement Score to reach Level 4 in the Founders Hub. As a moderator, I don't have access to the internal metrics of the Founders Hub or specific account data. However, I have compiled some resources that should give you a good understanding of the Engagement Score, based on official articles and community discussions on this forum:User's image User's image

For more information, please consult the following reference: Get More Benefits FAQ | Microsoft Learn

There are several community discussions on how to increase the score that other users have marked as helpful: How to increase engagement score - Microsoft Q&A

Also, you can contact Microsoft for Startups support directly using the email address from your Founders Hub welcome email or Submit Support Request by following the steps below:

    • Sign in to the Founders Hub Portal.
    • Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
    • Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.

Please let us know a bit more about what you’re hoping to accomplish. We’d be happy to assist further.
