Issue with Multiple Microsoft Learn Accounts – Both Detected as Personal

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Microsoft Learn accounts.

I currently have two accounts:

One linked to my personal email.

One linked to my current company’s corporate email.

The problem is that both accounts are being recognized as personal, which prevents me from linking them or managing them properly. According to the documentation, only one personal account is allowed, while up to five work/school accounts can be linked — but since both are treated as personal, I’m stuck.

I’d like to resolve this situation because I’m currently considering a change of employer, and I don’t want to lose access to the account that holds my Azure certification.

Could you please help me resolve this or clarify how to proceed?

Thank you in advance,

Raúl
