Issue with Microsoft Sign-In – Blocked Access / Authentication Trouble

Hello,

I'm trying to sign in to a Microsoft service, but I keep receiving this message:

"Please retry with a different device, use a VPN, or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2317517"

I’ve tried the suggested options, but I’m still unable to access the service. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue or explain what might be causing it?

Thank you!

    Hi @Xitiz Basnet

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you have provided, looks like you cannot access to Microsoft Service.

I found a solution for this problem:

Open the Command Prompt as administrator type in these commands.

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh int ip reset

Along with that, restarted your internet router and your computer.

You can read more at How to solve this error to login? "Please retry with a different device, use a VPN, or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2317517" - Microsoft Q&A

Please let me know if it works for you.

    I hope this information helps.
