Based on my research, I have found the specific technical setting that controls whether the OneDrive client reports its status to the admin dashboard. The feature is controlled by a registry value called EnableSyncAdminReports. You should confirm that the EnableSyncAdminReport setting is applied to device SyncAdminReport setting is applied to device.
