If you are unable to redeem your Azure credits through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, please note that startups are required to activate their Azure credits within 90 days of accepting the program agreement.
To activate your credits, kindly sign in to the Founders Hub, navigate to the Home page, and follow the steps outlined under "Activate Azure." Additionally, please ensure that all tasks in your verification checklist are completed. These tasks may include adding a team member, providing a product demo video, or meeting specific engagement criteria. You can find the checklist on the Home page of the Founders Hub.
For further assistance, you may need to collaborate with a billing engineer to ensure that your credits are properly assigned to the correct account. Could you please create a support ticket with the billing team here. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter efficiently.
