Dear @Chris Lee,
Thank you so much for contacting Microsoft Q&A Support.
I truly understand the inconvenience that you are facing when you click on Email Signature in Outlook (especially in the web version via Chrome), the page becomes unresponsive. During my research, I find a few suggestions that may help resolve the issue:
1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: sometimes corrupted cache can cause Outlook Web App to misbehave.
- In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
- Restart Chrome and try again.
2. Try Incognito Mode or Another Browser: this helps determine if browser extensions or settings are interfering.
- Open Chrome in Incognito Mode (Ctrl+Shift+N) and log into Outlook.
- Alternatively, you can try other browsers such as Microsoft Edge, etc.
- Use Outlook Desktop App (if available): if the web version continues to crash, use the desktop version to edit the signature, please see the instruction here: Change an email signature - Microsoft Support
I hope this information can help you to solve it soon.
Wish you a pleasant day!
