certificate is not displayed in the microsoft portal

I was scheduled MB 920 fundamental exam on 05/05/2025 and on 25/05/2025 i complted my examination, I received the score report after the completion of examination but i haven't received the certificate related the exam in my microsoft account till now. I attached my score report regarding the test kindly help me with this issue.

    I'm sorry to hear that your MB 920 exam certificate is not showing up in your Microsoft account, even though you completed the exam on May 25, 2025, and received your score report. I understand how concerning this can be after all your effort and preparation.
