Greetings.

On the Jun 24th (JST Time) I created a post in this site using my professional account. After this, a response to a possible solution in the thread caused my account to get banned due to code of conduct, the reason being unknown.

Since it is impossible to request for assistance with these ban cases due to lack of support on the site, Im creating this post.

  • It is possible that this account also gets banned, since im adding an HTTP url. Please check.

    Hey there, Nicolas Silva

I have looked through the moderator tools to see if any of your posts/comments were reported and what for. However, I couldn't find anything. The threads and content you look to have posted, which are visible, look fine.

I have flagged this with the community manager for them to review. There may be a reason the account has been suspended which they can access. Currently, they are offline but will be online later today. Either they or I will reply to you.

    Thanks,
    Nathan
