    Hello Vakhtang,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Surface Laptop 4's Wi-Fi. There could be several reasons why your Surface Laptop 4 is not detecting Wi-Fi networks: This could be due to a driver malfunction or a network driver unable to initialize functions could stop the adapter from functioning. and I am here to help and let us work on this together. Allow me to ask some questions.

    • May I know how you reset your Surface? is that through Windows settings or resetting from a USB drive?
    • Were there any changes made prior to the issue happening that device not recognizing any network?

Try to bypass the initial set up in connecting to the internet by selecting the I don't have internet options if that options didn't show try the steps below.

    1. On the OOBE set up screen that shows " "Connect to the internet" screen, press Shift + F10 to open the command prompt. Type "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" then press enter.
    2. This will restart your system, which you should see "I don't have internet" option.
    3. Then select "Continue with limited setup" to finish the setup.

I hope the provided solution works for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Lavenia

1 - first i tried reset windows from settings. then tried recover from USB to windows 10.

2 - after updates it worked but after day suddenly stopped working, in device manager wifi showed well no any problems.

it says "oobe\bypassnro is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or bath file"

maybe that i have windows 10 Home ?

Now i install windows 11 again from USB recovery. after command it stacks on restart and prompt wifi again.

I appreciate you for providing answers to my query. If you receive an error message stating that the given command is not recognized, it is possible that the command is not available in your version of Windows.

Here's how to manually update the drivers and firmware for your Surface.

    1. Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface, choose Surface Laptop.
    2. Then click the link next to Surface Laptop 4 then click Download on the next page.
    3. Choose the .msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next.
    4. After downloading, run and install the .msi then Restart.
