What is license of Code Samples?

In this site, there are a lot of code samples..
I wonder the license of code samples,,
The company can use it for commercial purpose?
The company can modify code samples?

You should be good to find the relevant code for the development purpose, modify it and use it in your application as these are the sample given by Microsoft. I haven't seen any license conditions as such.
