I'm glad we figured it out together.

For now, please complete the task in Microsoft Edge. I will provide feedback on your behalf about the issue with Chrome, but I highly suggest you do the same.

I really hope this information and the steps we tried were helpful.

Thank you for letting me know.

While waiting for your response, I checked again in the Community as well as on social media platforms, and I still can't find any similar incidents. However, it is possible that it hasn't been widely reported yet.

Before filing feedback about the issue, you may want to test again using Incognito mode in Chrome. You can also try using a different browser like Microsoft Edge.

Please let me know how it goes.

Hi there, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I haven't come across any similar cases, and it seems to be working fine on my end. However, it's possible that this issue hasn't been widely reported yet. What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

Since it works on your mobile browser but not on your laptop, have you considered clearing the cache and cookies? Also, which browser you're using on your laptop?

    To do that in Edge:

    > Open Microsoft Edge and press Alt + F keys to bring menu, then click on "Settings".

    > Click "Privacy, search, and services"

    > Under "Clear browsing data" > in "Clear browsing data now" > click "Choose what to clear"

    > Check Browsing History, Cookies and other site data, and Cache image and files.

    > Click "Clear now".

    > Restart Microsoft Edge and monitor if issue persists.

Click "Reply" below to let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    John J.D.
