I am in the insider program on DEV and this update Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 10.0.27777.1008) has been showing up every single day for multiple days now. It says installed and completed but then when I go to rescan it says it needs this update again and same thing. It is also not showing up on the update history. Also yes I've restarted the computer :) I would appreciate the support please and thanks

    Hi Skyler Miles,

I don't have it installed on this computer running Dev.

After reading another thread about how this update messed up others systems I think I’m glad it hasn’t officially taken. More so curious now how to stop it from showing up as an update and/or to skip it over all. It would be nice if it stopped showing up all together. It’s rather annoying both windows update and CCcleaner saying it’s an available update

I'm having the same issue I've even purged the download folder and it seems to install fine. It just reappears as needing to be installed over and over. I can't even manually install the KB file. this is insanely annoying.
