Windows Security UI/App Missing in Windows 11

I have a new Lenovo x64-based desktop with AMD Ryzen 5. As it was RECOMMENDED BY MICROSOFT, I chose Windows 11 instead of Win10 when I intially set up my system few days ago. Mistake, really a mistake. The Windows Security was available for one day, but when installing RECOMMENDED UPDATES BY MICROSOFT, Windows security just vanished from my system. What a great little treat, investing lot of money for the new system, used 2 days to install all the software I need, then it doesn't work properly and I don't want to reset my system and use another 2 days to reinstall and configure all the software I need. Also, same problem may occur anyway.

I have tried everything that can be found from here: https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-11-fix-windows-security/

I have tried everything also from here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/all/windows-security-ui-missing-in-windows-11/695a3018-f2f8-4e35-a639-79a9d214bcdb

When running 'Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage' command as an administrator on Powershell it executes the command, but nothing appears, so I don't know was something executed and fixed or not. What I do know is that Windows Security still doesn't appear in my system, the choice is there but nothing gets executed.

Any hints and instructions what to try next with this unfinished lousy software called Windows 11? Many thanks in advance.

Are you running an Insider build? if so, what's the build number?

Go to this page Download Windows 11

Download the ISO image, mounted in Explorer and run setup.exe aka in-place repair.

You will be able to keep personal files and apps.

It should look like this except that yours will say Windows 11 Home.

As instructed, I did download the ISO file, extracted it (WinZip 12.0 Pro) and ran setup.exe as an administrator:

Following happened (see steps 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) after launching the setup.exe, so to me this image is not good or my Win11 can't run it otherwise:

After step #5 setup.exe was closed. So, my issues still remain.

    Hi,

You do not need to extract the files in an ISO image. Right click on the image file and mount the image. It will open file explorer and then run setup.exe by clicking on it. You do not need administration rights to run setup.

    Regards,
