How can I resolve this error? ERROR: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

I have changed the .exe file name -- that does not work.

I have updated MSEDGE--- that does not work.

I have cleared browser history ---- that does not work.

Restarted ---- that does not work.

Had similar problems with Chrome with the AW-SNAP error and changed to Edge about a year ago. I would really like this resolved.

Please help.

What can I do? Where can I go from here?

What are the specs of your 3 PC's? I can't figure out a pattern.

My company provides a web service to lots of retail stores and we probably have 20 customers who all suddenly spotted this issue on our site.

Seems like half the support requests we get are for this issue. We just tell customers to download Firefox at this stage.

Seems to relate to some embedded videos loading in our case. I can't replicate in any environment I set up. Have remote access to a few.

You might be better off posting your question in the Enterprise forum: Enterprise - Microsoft Tech Community. Edge team members often pitch in there to help with troubleshooting and fixes.

An alternative is what used to be TechNet: ms-edge - Microsoft Q&A
