This error code usually occurs if there is problem from the website end or if your browser is not supported. You can try updating browsers, clearing cookies and changing browser can fix this issue. You can also check more solution for error code 224003 here. If you've more solution let me know. Many users are facing this issue on animeflix. I think that is a problem from the end of the website.
https://animeflix.io/ ? I have no problem seeing any of those.
Are you running any extensions in your browsers for privacy or ad-blocking? Some of them are known to block videos form playing as they detect them as adds or popups. Try disabling them to see if it makes a difference.

All videos or some videos? If the latter, where do the videos originate from? It may be that they are using a codec in their videos that is not supported by the browser. For example, not all browsers share the same HTML5 codes.
Do the videos work in IE11, Chrome or Firefox?
By the way, is this Edge legacy or the new Edge Chromium?
Hi Calvin 67,
If you're also seeing this issue in other Chromium-based browsers, this is likely an issue with the overall Chromium code and not specific to Microsoft Edge. As a previous commenter mentioned, it could also be an issue with this specific site.
However, if you feel comfortable doing so could you submit in-browser feedback ( ... menu > Help and Feedback > Send Feedback) and include diagnostic logs to help our team pinpoint the issue.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
