There is no unlink option to unlink my personal account at work. I don't know why microsoft can't make it easier.

Yes, I am seeing the same problem. I have been in constant communication with Microsoft about this feature weekly as I have requested to improve the linking capabilities. I've even suggested that admins need a way to unlink these profiles for users upon request. They are actively making the experience better but that's all I know at this point. I don't have a timeline but if I hear anything more, I will update this forum.

Confirmed with Microsoft the Unlink option is currently hidden as the Product Group is investigating.

To unlink your personal and work accounts in Microsoft, you can follow these steps^.^

    1. Log in to your personal Microsoft profile.
    2. Go to the “Certification profile” tab.
    3. Click the “Linked account” and select remove to the email address you plan to unlink.
