Troubleshooting browser crashes or performance issues on Windows 10

Hi,
I'm having trouble submitting a request support form - this one. After filling all information required and entering the captcha, I still cannot click submit as the submit button rests inactive. I've tried reset the browsers (I tried both Chrome and Chromium Edge), delete browsers' caches, still no effect. Can someone helps me out, please? Also, I have trouble finding the right topic for this thread. Where should I pose this question as there is no topic about "Support Request"
Thanks a lot,

... there's an autocomplete feature that auto fills-up some informations for me. If I retype all of those fields, it works.
This is an interesting situation. Would you please submit feedback in Edge (Alt-Shift-i) to alert the product team to what appears to be a serious problem: validation fails for autofilled data in Microsoft support request form, but succeeds after manual data entry. In my experience, feedback is quickly acknowledged by email and followed up.
Greetings Leha,
I appreciate your time and effort getting back to my email. I am so glad to know that you were able to submit the form. If you need help in the future feel free to reach us here in the community we are more than happy to help.
With Warm Regards,

Hi Rhaine,
Thank you for your reply. I have retried and found the issue. In Chrome and Edge there's an autocomplete feature that auto fills-up some informations for me. If I retype all of those fields, it works. Thanks a lot for your help!

I tried to access the link and it works fine , if may I ask why are you filling out that form?
upon checking that form is for Outlook.com , when you try to request for a domain whitelisting.
A domain administrator/ IT needs to fill that out because of the IP ranges is needed for domain whitelisting.
If you are the domain administrator you need to fill up those form , please make sure that all the questions is answered for you to proceed and hit submit.
If there's a question that you missed you cannot proceed .
