html Datalist - dropdown not showing on Edge 91.0.864.37 on W10

Hi,

the dropdown of the datalist element is not displaying with 20 tiems on Edge V91. With Chrome or Firefox it's ok.

you can try here (add item)

    Same problem here in Version 91.0.864.41 (Official build) (32-bit)

    But, after i try to download and install beta version 92... it work again in both (ME official & beta)

    NOTE:

    but you have to enter a number or letter for the datalist to appear, this is not as practical as in other browsers which only need to click on the datalist to appear.

    My name is Ben, and I'm a Community Manager for Microsoft. I'm sorry to hear that this happened and that it seems to have happened only recently. While I'm looking into this, may I ask if you have any extensions installed? If so, please try disabling them and verifying whether the issue is the same.     Hello Ben, I have no extensions installed in Microsoft Edge, it did happen recently, my web application was using datalist for months.

    I found that this problem occurs when no. of the datalist options is greater than 18.

    <option value="9" />

    <option value="10" />

    <option value="18" />

    <option value="19" />

    </datalist>

    This datalist will have problem.

    Same problem with version 91.0.864.48, it's strange because the number of entries that make it not working changes, sometimes is grater than 18 sometimes it can handle 25 but never more than 40.

    hope it will be fixed soon.
