    1. The official stance is that Safari is not supported in any way for group video calling, inbound or outbound. With that being said the product is currently in public preview so there might be pieces working for group video calling in Safari as the team works on it's implementation. Again though, we do not recommend using Safari for group video calling at this time as future updates could break iPadOS Safari users from seeing video since we consider it unsupported at this time.
    2. Yes, ACS is currently in the second final stage, which we call public preview. The next and final stage is called Global Availability (GA), which last I heard is slated for the first half of 2021. Please keep in mind there is no official GA launch date yet so this could slip into the second half of 2021 or later if the team feels it's necessary to ensure the product meets their standard for GA.
    3. We strive for a 24 hour or quicker response here on Microsoft Q&A forums and have daily meeting with the product group where we can forward your feedback or questions if we can't answer it. If you're looking to work one on one with a support engineer in an official support ticket, you can purchase a paid technical support plan. The "developer" plan provides you with business hour support and 8 hour initial response for initial response for a small monthly fee. The "standard" tier support plan would allow you to create high severity tickets with a 1 hour response time for situations where your infrastructure is offline for a slightly higher monthly fee.

Please know that we're always here on Q&A to answer any questions you may have.

edit: please refer to my newer comment as the below information is not fully accurate.

@Nghiep Nguyen Tien Thank you for the question. We verified with the Azure Communication Services (ACS) product group that Safari on macOS Big Sur is supported. Any earlier versions of macOS are not planned to be supported.

The product group verified that they are taking an action item to work with the documentation team to add better clarity to the document you linked.

Please let us know if this answered your question or whether you have additional concerns.

We look forward to your confirmation.
