If you have changed the geographic Settings in Windows Settings, as shown below, I suggest you set it to the country or region that matches your environment.
Or have you changed your network? That's because the page provides a language interface based on where your network itself is registered. Or you can use a different network (such as a mobile phone sharing hotspot, please pay attention to the use of tariffs), and then check whether the function is normal.
