Active X plugin not installed error

A web application requires active x. But running IE mode on edge and enabled the gpo to use sites.xml. still getting error. Active x plugin not installed please install and refresh the page. As per company standards security tab is disabled for us In internet options. I have added the website in trusted sites in internet options

    I wish I could handle your problem, however, the issues on Active X plugin is out of reach of the response support community. It is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn (Edge about), you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.
