Hi Team,

I am facing issues with Microsoft Authenticator Sync.
I have MAuth logged in Window Edge, Window Chrome, IOS Edge, IOS MAuth app.

Query 1) Now, I don't understand which is my primary app out of 4. Also when I click sync, which is treated as Golden Source and then other apps are updated on basis of that golden source.

Query 2) I deleted few ID Pass combination on Window Edge, but when I click on Sync, those ID Pass combination keep coming back, I don't know why.

Que 3) I updated few password on Window Edge, Mobile device is not picking up those pass immediately even after pushing IOS MAuth app to manually sync by dragging pass below

    Hello, pardeepkumar_642

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your feedback. For your three questions, here are some of my thoughts and suggestions, please let me know if my understanding is wrong or if you have any other questions:

    Question 1:

Microsoft Authenticator will not set which of your programs as the primary application. You use any of those programs and it will sync the changes to the server, and it will sync the updates in your other apps, whether you use EDGE, Chrome or not.

    Question 2:

For your synchronization issue, you can check the following settings:

Enter the following command in the EDGE address bar:

    edge://sync

You can see your saved passwords in the bottom right corner, where the synchronized data is also located, where the Live column is the data saved in the server. If you are experiencing problems, you can click Stop Synchronization (to clear the service data), please backup your EDGE data before doing this. After that, click Start again and see if the problem symptoms lessen.

Here is a link to the forum where you can raise specific scenarios and share your idea to help solve the problem.

Sincerely hope that your question will be dealt with appropriately after contact the correct department. Thank you for your understanding!
