Managing profiles and sync in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

I have SyncDisabled policy set as False even if no policy defined in Intune nor in the local PC.
This prevents me to sync Edge Favorites. Edge says mine is a managed account.
How can i activate Sync back?
I am also Intune admin.
