Microsoft's Co-Pilot gives me a message that I have to sign in every time I try to query the AI while I have my VPN enabled.

Grok. Gemini. ChatGPT. None of those give me this issue, so I'm inclined to believe that it is on Microsoft's end.

I have a subscription to multiple Microsoft products and was going to pay for the Co-Pilot subscription model.

You don't need screenshots. This is part of your data capture scheme which is likely foiled by some VPNs and you'd rather people disable their VPN than provide a product that is friendly to VPNs.

I just paid for Grok's service. So, customer lost.

    Hi Dom,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm Hahn and I'm here to help you with your concern.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Copilot. Based on your description, it seems that the issue might be related to your VPN blocking the content. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Disable your VPN: Try disabling your VPN and see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, then the problem is likely related to your VPN blocking the content.
    2. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache might help resolve the issue. Here are the steps to clear your cache in Edge:
    3. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
    4. Select the "Settings" option.
    5. On the Settings page, scroll down and locate the "Privacy, Search, and Services" section.
    6. In this section, click on "Clear browsing data".

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

Also, you can reply here with a screenshot of your question so I can understand your question better.

I hope this helps.  If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Your Sincerely

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, did you try all the above methods with no effect?

If so, you can try logging into Edge with another Microsoft account to see if Bing Chat works properly.

    Your Sincerely
