Microsoft Learn Profile sign issue.

I want to sign in to Microsoft Learn Profile to see my learning progress/badges. I been told to sign in to my personal email which I am doing so I can connect it with my educational email. When I sign in with my personal email it goes through all the step with the password and authentication once I authenticate it. It sends me back to the main page of the Microsoft learn. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies. I also tried incognito mode and it does the same. I also tried using a different browser. Please help. Thanks

I can log in to my emails perfectly but I don't know why I can't log into Microsoft learn.
