When I inspect the page and go to the applications tab it shows blank. This problem happens to me on all pages not just localhost.

I have the same problem. My version is 120.0.2210.22, I think that is a beta version. Others are reporting this problem with this version.

Our entire organization has this same issue with Edge Beta (120.0.2210.39) first reported mid last week. Edge Stable channel has no issue and Canary is also working so I'm assuming the fix will be rolled to Beta soon.
