BSOD driver errors

Hi,

I get random BSOD sometimes while booting up or other time when the computer is running. I ran Microsoft's memory check for about eight hours nothing was found to be bad. I also ran the hard drive test provided by Dell as well as disk check. I ran Norton 2010 in safe mode nothing was found.  I also updated all drivers and BIOS from Dell's website via the service tag number. I am running XP SP3 on a Pentium 4 300ghz.  I may go for a week without an error. I have Blue Screen View and from the dump files it showed three drivers all Microsoft drivers that I'm getting the errors from. Below are the errors I keep getting randomly

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL      Driver name:ntoskrnl.exe

DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL      Driver name:hal.dll

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED     Driver name: fltmgr.sys

Your help is appreciated,

Thanks,

gibsonlp

Well I tried the sfc /scannow to be sure it worked. This time a dialog box popped up and said it was checking my files, then prompted me for the XP cd.

I then rebooted then went to log back on to here and I got another BSOD. Here it is.

    Thanks,

Yes, it appears you done it right. However, a small window should have opened informing you that Windows is verifying your files. If you did not see this then it did not function properly. Post your results please.

I did as you said to do put the Windows cd in hold shift down Click Start > Run > type sfc /scannow. It didn't seem to access the cd just a command pomp flashed and went away. Did I do it right?

    Thank you
