Hi

I'm using Office 2019 - Word

How can I connect to words each other? I mean when I change a word, the other one will change automatically.

For example, there are two sentences like " ... beautiful day" and "... beautiful weather". When I change the first sentence like " ... horrible day" the second sentence will automatically change to "... horrible weather".

Thanks

As per my humble knowledge in Microsoft Office, there is no such functionality in Microsoft Word, even the Master Document View doesn't have such functionality!

To avoid any kind of conflict/mistakes, this action should be done manually using the keyword shortcut CTRL+H to find and replace all or replace one by one based on your needs!

For some reason, my original answer to this question was deleted.

Word offers several ways to do this. Here is Greg Maxey's page with 9 different methods to type once and repeat text: [Repeating Data][1]. I usually use #7 Content Controls. [1]: https://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/repeating_data.html

I agree with John that Greg Maxey's page is an invaluable resource.
The simplest method is to use Mapped Content Controls but these will not work in .doc format.
